Your key can have two jobs: opening the doors and letting the engine start. One part can work while the other does not. Tell us whether the buttons work and whether your vehicle starts.
Adding a spare or replacing a missing key
The job can be different if you have no working keys. We check your vehicle and the number of keys you have before we confirm what we can do.
Customer-supplied keys
Check with us before buying a key online. Keys can look the same but have different parts inside. A used key may not work with your vehicle. Send us the car and key details first.
Preparing for your appointment
We usually need the vehicle there to set up and test a key. Send your number plate, vehicle make, model, year and postcode. Tell us how many keys work and if the car has starting or electrical problems. Have your photo ID and proof of ownership or permission ready.

Can you programme every vehicle shown in the manufacturer list?
No. The logos show brands we may be able to help with. We still need to check your model, year and the job you need.
How long does programming take?
The time depends on the vehicle and key. Send your details so we can explain the work needed.
