- Vehicle information including registration number, make, model, year and, where required, VIN.
- Details of your enquiry, quotation, booking and the work carried out.
- Payment, invoice and accounting information.
- Confirmation that identification and authority to request vehicle security work have been checked.
- Messages or other communications you send to us.
- Limited technical information generated when you use this website, such as IP address and browser information processed by hosting or map providers.
- If you accept analytics, information about website visits such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source and interactions with the website.
How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, confirm vehicle and service compatibility, prepare quotations, arrange and deliver services, take payment, maintain business and accounting records, protect vehicle security and comply with legal obligations.
Our lawful reasons
We normally process information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before providing a service, to perform our agreement with you, to meet legal obligations or for legitimate business interests such as managing enquiries, preventing fraud and maintaining accurate service records.

We do not sell personal information. Website analytics and cookies

How long we keep information
Information is retained only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry or service and to meet accounting, tax, warranty, security and legal requirements. Information that is no longer required is deleted or securely disposed of.
Identification and vehicle documents
We may need to inspect identification and proof that you own or are authorised to use the vehicle before carrying out security-related work. Please do not send a complete V5C, driving licence or identity document unless we specifically request it. Unnecessary document images should not be sent and will not be retained without a valid reason.
Your rights
